The first thing that impressed us about Vantage was how polite and friendly Chase and Ryan were.  They never pushed us.  They patiently and professionally explained their work and what our options were. Every question we had was answered promptly. They even made extra trips to our house to show us additional shingles, to examine problem areas, to do some no-cost caulking, and to put together a plan to protect our flowers and shrubs. They could not have been more helpful. The installation started and finished right on time. The on-site project manager, Riley, gave us the same friendly and conscientious service we had learned to expect from Vantage. Ryan came by afterwards to make sure everything was done properly. He was even up on the roof himself checking things out. Ryan said if we had any follow up problems, he would make sure they got addressed the same day. We had total confidence in everyone at Vantage.
