Do I really pay nothing extra for the Class 3 upgrade?
On approved insurance claims, yes.
You are only responsible for your deductible.
How do I know if my roof has hail or wind damage?
You probably can’t tell from the ground. Most damage is invisible until a trained inspector actually climbs on the roof. Our free inspection document bruising, granule loss, sealant failure, and decking soft spots. You get a full photo report whether you hire us or not.

No.
Tamko Titan XT is a UL 2218 Class 3 impact resistant shingle.

How long does it take to install a impact resistant shingle?

What if my carrier says they don't offer the discount?
Every Texas-Licensed carrier is required by TDI to offer it (TDI ruling). Ask for the denial in writing, then call the TDI Consumer Help Line at 1-800-252-3439. Switching carriers often saves more than staying.
