How long does a roof replacement take on a normal sized Cinco Ranch house?
Most asphalt shingle roof replacements in Cinco Ranch take one-full day. Typically, our roofing crews will start tearing off the roof around 6:30am and finish a 3,000 sq ft home around 7pm.
Synthetic shake, slate or Spanish barrel tile roofs can take upwards of 4-6 days due to the complexity, and detailed labor involved.
Can I finance my full roof replacement?
Absolutely.
We have partnered with Enhancify to make financing a new roof in Cinco Ranch easy and affordable.
Qualified applicants may get accepted for 0% Roof Financing, competitive HELOC options, and flexible loans that let you select the rate or length of the loan.

My attic gets hot during the summer. Will replacing my roof fix this?
If you have the right roofing contractor who understands attic ventilation, then yes.
In order to cool the attic temperatures, we will have to look at how much air is being let into the attic and how much air-exhaust is needed to create proper air flow.
When we inspect your roof, we document how much intake-vs-exhaust your attic currently has and include proper ventilation into our flat-rate roof quotes.
We are also the only roofing contractor in Cinco Ranch that has a roofing system (Vantage PayBack Roofing System™) designed to cool your attic by an average of 35 degrees.
Most of our customers save 10-15% on their energy bills, and qualify for insurance discounts from installing a class 3 impact-resistant shingle.
You can book a free a roof inspection today, to get a free attic evaluation.
Does homeowners insurance pay for a full roof replacement?
Yes, if damage was caused by a covered event like hail, wind, hurricane, tornado, or a fallen tree. Old or worn out roofs without storm damage are typically denied.
Depending on if you have a Replacement Cost Value (RCV) or an Actual Cash Value (ACV) policy will determine the payout for a roof claim.
Call (713) 876-8134 for insurance claim assistance today.
Is there a deadline to file a roof insurance claim?
Yes.
Most Texas policies allow up to one year from the storm that damaged your roof. However, we have been seeing recently that tenured customers with All-State can actually go back 3-5 years from the time the storm happened.
Adjuster typically argue that delayed claims cause more damage from neglect, which can reduce your claim total, or result in a denial.
Can I file a claim for hail damage?
Yes, if your policy covers hail.
Almost every policy we see covered hail damage in Texas. Approval requires documenting actual hail hits on the roof, and collateral damage to the gutters, fence, paint, or window screens.
Your insurance company wants to see the “story of the storm” on the whole property, not just the roof.
Can I file a claim for wind damage?
Yes.
Approval typically depends on three things:
- Roof age
- How many shingles are damaged
- How severe the damage is
Most wind claims start with a small initial approval, which is often less than your deductible. Don’t lose hope here.
The upside is, once the insurance company opens coverage on your roof claim. A public adjuster can step in and negotiate directly for a full roof replacement.
Roofs over 10 years old are usually unrepairable. Patching them often times damages the surrounding shingles. If we attempt a repair, we will film, and document the whole process to send back to the insurance company to show that the roof is unrepairable and push for a full replacement.
What is recoverable depreciation on a roof?
Recoverable depreciation is the portion of the insurance claim payout they hold back until the work is completed.
After the roof is finished, we submit completion photos, a certificate of completion, and proof of deductible to your insurance to release the depreciation.
We walk every customer through the payment flow of a roof claim.
